I received an email from Paypal where it says the account limitation will not come into effect until later this year. The account can be used as usual. Unfortunately, I can't use it at moment, what is now the actual situation?
I read the following information: PayPal has won a reprieve from local regulators in Thailand and says it will be business as usual for existing customers of its consumer and business services until the end of the year.
