PayPal Thailand for NGOs

Hello,
I have a question regarding the PayPal Thailand Relaunch Agreement. It says we need to have a business registration, but there is no mention of NGOs (non-profits) which have a different registration. I can't seem to find a contact email address at PayPal, to enquire whether NGO registration is ok, and what is needed to re-confirm our registration. We initially opened the account in 2012. Can anyone help please? Thanks
