Hello,this is total nonsense,after a few months of trying to log in my paypal account it's let me in i had this problem because i changed my mobile phone number and did not update it in paypal,so the paypal let me in through the developer menu, and i was able to update my phone number,but now when i'm trying to log in it's asking me PSD2 ,Confirm using PayPal app ,WHATTA HELL ? there is no option to confirm my login with text message,only through paypal app and i don't have a paypal app,even if i have downloaded it and trying to do it through the app i can't log in,what is going on? can sombody please help me,what i can do in this situation ?
