I have a business account but haven't sold any merchandise in over 2 years because my house burned down and I've been homeless. I still use my business account because I have a few friends who send me money to get by on. My account has been frozen and I can't get to my money. And I won't be able to untill I give suppliers information which I don't have and there's no place for me to explain this. What should I do?
Write a note and pdf it, explaining why you do not have supplier receipts just like you did in your post here, then upload to the part where it asks for supplier receipts. In the same note, you may want to request a downgrade to a personal account, too. You can always open a business account later if needed.
