Hello i cant withdrawal my money cuz my account is suspended, they told me to wait 180 days ti be able to withdrawal, more than 3 years are passed and i still cant withdrawal, i cant add a credit card or bank acc , please help me

You can only withdraw the funds if you receive the Paypal email citing that you are now eligible to do so, have you received that email?

Yes i did I tried to link a bank acc or my cc to withdraw but i couldn't

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

You can normally withdraw via any linked bank account / card already on your permanently limited account. I don't think you can add a funding source to that account.

So your best option is to contact customer services and ask them to link a card for you.
