Message From PAYPAL.

I have received an email from PayPal concerning a "message". I have no idea which or what message. The email contains the reference "email SAXK (KMM228790121V94853L0KM)". I have no idea what that refers to, and cannot find anything about it, or messages in general on the PayPal site. What on earth am I supposed to do?

Check the bell icon next to log out > Message centre.

Make sure the email is not a spoof first though, do not log into your paypal account via any link in that email.

Many thanks Kudos. It transpired that the email I received was SPAM! Yet again, this has highlighted the difficulty of trying to contact a human being at PAYPAL. They have themselves very securely cocooned!
