Why is PayPal not sorting out this company? They should not be dealing with a company that is fraudulently taking money from people's accounts. They don't want to deal with complaints they just decline everything on the Resolution Centre

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel.

 As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.

If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

That is not what happens. You order one item from this company and they add at least one other item to your order without your knowledge. No amount shows up until you've authorised it by which time it's too late to stop it. It us nothing to do with a free sample. There are many complaints about this company and PayPal are not doing anything about it. It is a total scam
