We are a non-profit organization that uses PayPal for donations and fundraising events. We upgraded our POS systems to Zettle by PayPal because we had to. Ever since then we have not been able to use our PayPal account. We were put on Limitation account hold. I have uploaded all the requested documents, and have received nothing regarding the status. There is no one to talk to, the call center sends you in a loop and states they are still reviewing. We have been locked out since Oct 2023. Does anyone have any insight on how to get the limitation removed?
