Limited Account - Can't Complete Steps

Hey,

 

A few weeks back our account got limited and one of the steps were is to resolve customer complaints and disputes. However, we have 4 complaints which were on which we have submitted our response and evidence of delivery of the services provided to the customer. But those cases are "Under review" by PayPal for few weeks but we have completed our side of the work and still, that step isn't marked completed.

 

If not completed by the 30th of September our account will be further limited and we won't even be able to receive funds anymore. 

 

Is there any way to get that step mark completed so our account could go under review and the limitation got removed?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
