Identification issue in account access limited pro problem

My account access is limited. I can't send or receive money through my PayPal account. To resolve this I have to verify my temporary Australian address and mobile number that I no longer have access to. Is there any way to resolve this issue so I can take my out of my PayPal account. Thanks

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
