I have been removed from this account for choosing the wrong country. I want to correct this error, but how can I correct it? I can neither remove it nor allow me to run this account.

Sadly you can't use another countries paypal account.

You also can't change a paypal account from one country to another.

You would need to open a paypal account in the country where you live if that is available for you.
