Hi. I sold an expensive item to a guy and he made a return 14 days after and said item was not as described. I agreed return and Paypal asked buyer to return it to me, and so he did. But item is still in transit to me and will maybe arrive in 7-10 days. But Paypal needs an answer from me before tuesday and the only solution in helpcenter I have is to confirm package as received. Why doesnt it let me tell them its still in transit?! What happens if I dont answer em before tuseday?
