I purchased a baby stroller through a scamming website now they won’t answer my email , i wasn’t logged in with my PayPal so it won’t come out in my account but the transaction did go through PayPal & I payed with debit card & my email so theyre for PayPal did email my receipt of proof that I paid. I’m crying I just want my money refunded & the scammer to get taken down as my friend also got scammed through same website!!! I messaged PayPal no response so I’ll be calling customer service in the morning. Anybody else go through similar situation & got refunded????
You don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you. So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you. OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
