I have to wait 24-72 hours?

PayPal.
I'm using this forum, because I have NO idea as to when I'll get a response. Customer Service while friendly, cannot help on their end. Maybe a Technical Support Specialist may happen to read this.
 
I NEED to get my funds out of my PayPal account today 9/25/21.
I don't know why my account has been blocked, or why the security questions the system asked me (via Phone Customer Service) were irrelevant. None of the information / questions asked pertained to me, so that I can possibly have my account activated for transfers. I've already missed 2 days of work, because I need to get the PayPal funds out (probably equal to MINUS 25 cents compared to the amount of revenue PayPal makes), in order to get to work. If I miss another day of work (tonight 9/25/21) I no longer have a job. I cannot wait 24, 48, 72 hours; I need to get to work TODAY or again, I'm out of a job.
 
19 years with PayPal with little to NO issues until 3 days ago. 19 years.
All of my information is correct, routing numbers, and added the extra layers of PP security. In retrospect, I think all of those "security" features are the cause of me losing functionality and raising a "red flag" on my account. When I get my funds, I'm "considering" closing my account.
 
Please release my funds. I'm just trying to get to work tonight.
