I have an issue where my account has been permanently restricted.

It says that my account is no longer available and I won't be able to use PayPal anymore. 
The message said that I was selling sexual pictures, but in fact I am not doing that, it is wrong, because I do Logo creation and Streaming as well... 

The system thought my account was suspicious because of low payments which is normal in those kinds of business.

I really need my PayPal account, but I don't know how to contact PayPal support directly like Email them.

The resolve center isn't working, so I need you help, please.
