I have a paper national ID would it be acceptable for verification?

My account is under limitations after a successful sign up and they are asking for my national ID The problem is, my ID is not plastic I have a paper ID can I use it for verification.

Great question! 

As long as it's a valid, government issued photo ID, we shouldn't have an issues accepting it. I recommend uploading it in the Resolution Center so our team can review it to determine if it's something we can accept. Once it's reviewed, you will receive an update via email with additional details.
