Hello my account was permanently limited but I have a negative balance is there any way to resolve the negative balance? I have a friend that's holding temporarily my other funds. I will be closing my paypal after settling it because I feel unsafe that my recent case was unfairly closed as well. I also would like to ask if paypal actually sues you for this? Because I am still genuinely willing to settle the negative balance even after I was been scammed by the buyer.
PS: I tried contacting paypal customer service but there is no response consistently which is definitely a big red flag for a finance company.
