How do I undo/allow purchase to go through/delete a claim?

I filed a claim on a misunderstood purchase through Nintendo Online on my account and it went through paypal and was refunded. How do I undo this, meaning allow the purchase to go through or delete the purchase/claim entirely? Nintendo has banned the account related to the purchase and I'd like to find a fix for this mistake!

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question! If the option to Cancel a Dispute is available, you'll see the option next to the dispute info in your Resolution Center. If you don't see that option available, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
