How can I get my money or the email from paypal after my 180 days are up?

Pay pal put a limitation on my account and they are unable to continue offering me service. However the 180 days was up two weeks ago and I still have not received an email from them to get my money. What can I do?

If you cannot call customer service or contact PayPal through Facebook or Twitter, file a complaint with bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA.
