Hello, @Kimberly1009. I'm sorry to hear there's an issue with a limitation on your PayPal account. I hope the following information is helpful.
While a limitation is present, it's not possible to add or remove financial information. That's done as a security measure. Once the limitation is resolved, you may make adjustments as needed.
The best approach is to log on to your account and complete any steps in the Resolution Center. Once the steps are complete, the case and your account will be reviewed and you will be provided with an update.
