Funds on hold. Unable to provide proof of purchase from supplier because I sold my own made product.

Hello,

Funds on hold. Unable to provide proof of purchase from supplier because I sold my own made product in wix.com.
I know I should have used PayPal business account in a first place, but before I changed transaction receiving PayPal account from personal to business in my online store I already had one purchase from the client while I was kind of testing if everything is working. 3 weeks have passed and funds are no longer on hold, but my personal account still has restrictions to transfer those funds to my bank account from PayPal. How can I provide proof that the product is my own made or should I refund to client and ask to make a transfer once again which would go to business account now?
