I was born and live in St. Petersburg. PayPal with eBay has infiltrated my homeland by promising to be honest with customers and provide an opportunity for buyers to return the product back to the seller if the products not suitable or have another problem. Today, I assume, that the PayPal Moscow office began to cheat. Scammers do not allow me to transfer the case to the type "Received the item but wasn't as described" so that I can upload photos and send the defective product back to the seller in case it did not suit me. When I tried to do it page returns an error in a triangle.
PayPal closed a lot of my disputes to sellers without allowing me to transfer cases to the mentioned type and robbed me thus, leaving me alone with an unusable product from China.
