Fed Ex -no package!

I purchased a $350 Louis Vuitton on DePop. I checked in regularly with the seller and then Fed Ex marked it as delivered on a day everyone was home. No chance someone stole it because it never happened. I feel so violated. Will I be covered? I filed claims with everyone. When do I hear from PayPal? The seller did her piece. I have no clue what was in the box because it was never dropped off. Anyone have experience with with these types of situation?

File a claim for non receipt of item giving all the facts and escalate to a claim.

If you lose because tracking shows delivery of the item then post back for more advice.
