A product I purchased for Christmas for my husband is faulty. I reported the seller and they rang me with quite a angry tone saying we hadn't given them a chance, we did email. They said they would help to resolve the matter, and foolishly I closed the case, I was due knee replacement surgery the next day, 17th January 2024, my husband has had many phone calls, taken all there advise, watched multiple YouTube videos, taken the areo clock to pieces three time, and still it isn't working? He is disabled and instead of being something to enjoy has become a nightmare. I paid £70.95 for something that doesn't work. I'm annoyed at myself for closing the case, is there anything I can do?? Thank you in advance.

Its x1 dispute per transaction unfortunately.
However if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card you could contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
