I'm getting notification on my business PayPal "To help keep your account secure, please provide documents that confirm your identity. If you’ve already added them, thanks. We’ll email you once we’ve reviewed them." Papal asking SSN number but my PayPal is registered on EIN number on my business name, i uploaded IRS document twice but got rejected, why?
