something terrible happened to me too, I received my refund from a store due to product not received (with buyer protection) I saw that I had received the payment properly and was being processed, but one day in advance they debited exactly the same amount from my BANK so in the end I did not get my money back at all €215.41 and they call this a reservation and eventually I would get this amount back! My bank has investigated PayPal because they are starting to distrust PayPal. and I was originally going to receive my incorrectly debited amount today, which they call a reservation, so I will call PayPal again on Monday and otherwise my lawyer can go to work.
