I chose the wrong option as to why I was disputing this transaction. It was for a power chair but it doesn't work. I just want my money back!!

In order to change the reason code on a dispute, you'll need to contact our Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website page to view available options. You can also reach out by sending us a private message on Facebook or a direct message on Twitter.
