Dispute not submitted

Good morning,

Yesterday I tried to open a dispute and my dispute was not submitted, I did it three times and after I fill all the information and press the submit button, the site reroute me to the login page. I did not received a notification that my dispute was received. Is there a technical issue from Paypal? 

 

In this case my dispute was still received or I have to do a new dispute?
