Dispute a payment from a guy who hacked me, i tried to dispute and paypal refused and i dont understasnd why because i stated it clear that this guy hacked me and i dont have any deal with him. He is a thief please revise my case and dispute my money from Sibusiso. Case number PP-R-FCR-458997414
