Dispute/chargeback/Refund for a Software purchased in January 2021

I purchased Fminer Software almost an year ago and started using the software. My computer crashed and the license no longer works. Tried re-installing but it doesn't work. Tried reaching the support of fminer but no response. Will I be able to ask for refund in this scenario. I have proof of purchase and screenshot of error, emails asking for support as license not working and screenshots of the community support of people asking the same.

Also, too many complaints on the community support. It is only because the software was expensive and I paid almost 300 dollars for it.

You waited too long. January 2021 is beyond 180 days to file dispute through PayPal, so if you paid by credit card, do a chargeback via card issuer. Plus, PayPal doesn’t warranty the goods and services. Protection covers what is materially different from item description, item not received or unauthorized activity

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
