Contact the company and ask? If no luck then you should have buyer protection for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described OR unauthorised which you can report by clicking on the transaction and using the report option bottom of that details page.
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
