I want to transfer money from one Paypal another account to another but it's not going through. I have been doing it for months but nothing and I wrote to Paypal customer service THEY NEVER REPLY OR HELP.
I even tried to pay eBay with the account to no avail.
Anyone with similar experience or idea to give me some advice on what to do to resolve this.
Do you have any limitations on your account? Have you checked the resolution or message centre?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
