Can no longer business with PayPal

So I've been using PayPal for quite some time in receiving a salary or service from a client since I am Virtual Assistant or a freelancer. Last week I decided to upgrade it to a business account since in one week I got a payment for $200 and $160 and $175 consecutive days since I worked from a different client. So PayPal held my funds because of the reason for abruptly changing "Sale Income" which I'm not selling anything. I just sent an invoice to my client. So PayPal then asked me for proof of transaction, shipping information etc, and all of my information including my bank account. Then later on I received an email that I can no longer do business with PayPal and my funds is still there.
I don't know if I can still get or withdraw the funds once its released coz I cannot add my debit card.

What should I do? Is there any possibility of retaining my account and getting the funds?

Thank you

Are there cases like this that have been resolved or have their PayPal Accounts been lifted from the Limitation?

If so, I will try to contact PayPal Customer Service if they can help retaining my Account
