Hi sold a bracelet which is worth £100. Buyer claims it’s not as described so I said please return and I will refund you. Received the parcel back with a empty jewellery box no bracelet however 2p coin in to make you think there is something in there. I’m devastated and gutted and now he’s been refunded and I’m down £120 plus my bracelet. What can I do? Where do I stand ? I feel I’m not going to win, I’ve contacted PayPal and also action fraud and the police as I feel I have been scammed

If you have enough evidence then small claims court?

Its up to you to decide if you have enough evidence to go down the small claims court route, and you can see costs by clicking on the online UK small claims court link (try google).
