I have a small business with no website or Instagram. I just call clients and I was wondering if I can allow them to send with buyer protection for piece of mind and what will happen if it is sent with buyer protection? I don’t mind commissions etc but I was wondering if somebody could tell me if I’m eligible and how it protects the buyer

As long as the buyer does not pay you using the friends/family option (which is against paypal rules) then buyer protection is a given.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

You need to read up on paypals seller protection policy and then risk assess your own transactions.
