Buyer disputed claim then realized she had actually received the item - still not getting money back

I sold an item to an online buyer through a site that uses PayPal. She did not immediately see the item so she reported me and now PayPal claims I owe money. She shortly thereafter found the item that I had sent to her, but the money is still being removed from my account. I am not sure how to get the money back now.
