I bought something through depop and used paypal to purchase it but I wasn't logged into my paypal account because I didn't want to deal with having to remember the password for my account. So I continued as a guest and received a receipt in the mail confirming my purchase. The person who I purchase ended up getting his account suspended and never sent me my package and now I cant file a dispute since the purchase doesn't show up on my transactions. PLEASE HELP ME ;(

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
