I have blocked a user but the user still continues to request for funds and sends me threats(along with it). How and why should a blocked user be able to request funds is beyond me. What is the point? I keep getting several requests - I am ignoring it but it really frustrates me. Is there a solution to this?
Your best bet is to change your email address on your paypal account (as long as he does not know your phone number), when you have added a new one then remove the one that the other party knows.
