Hey my account is limited. I wait 180 days. But I cant withdraw my money. When I try to add england (united kingdom) bank account it gives me this error There’s a problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly.
You can't add a UK bank account to a Belgium registered paypal account.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
