someone hacked my computer and sent the money as family and friends to their own account. I contacted support but no one responded because of the weekend. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

Hello,

have you reported it as an unauthorized transaction? That you can do over paypal, also send a message via paypalchat to a custommer. if your paypal account is linked to a bank account and like you said its weekend, they probably can't send the money out until monday. so i would try to contact your bank as well and stopp the transfer to paypal. I had kinda the same problem once ago. because it was late evening, the bank couldn't make the transfer to my paypal account until the next day. I contacted the bank very fast on the next day and canceled the transfer. you should call your bank as soon as possible when they open their store so you can have the chance to cancel the transfer. It can only happen like in my case, that paypal send the money back to your bank account, so you will have to much money on your bank account and a minus at paypal. in this case you need a family member or a friend. make a transfer to this family member or friend and they should transfer the money to your paypal account. it seems like this is the only solution to delete the minus. Nasty, I know. You decide what you do, but this happened in my case. but at least the hacker won't get the money, thats the best thing. Oh and please change your password into a strong one directly and make a 2FA Authentication. If your computer is hacked you shouldn't use paypal on this computer anymore and buy a new one, I think.

with friendly regards

Thank you for the answer but I had 280 € credit on my PayPal, it's not like it was debited from my bank account but I had credit and I think this credit was immediately transferred to his PayPal account because of family and friend, I have already reset my computer and reinstalled it, I'm just thinking how I can prove that I didn't do it because it was transferred via my computer as friend and family
