Hello all,
Over the past 9 days, Paypal has asked me three (3) times for information. They have temporarily blocked specific features on my account until I resolve the issue. They want a copy of my drivers license, upload documentation concerning USPS tracking information and to explain my business. I am a sole-proprietor in NC and have a very small resale business with minimal activity.
Twice I have uploaded everything they ask for and within hours, my account is back to normal. Today they have asked a 3rd time and now want a bank statement and to verify even more USPS tracking information. What is going on here? Why do I have to keep uploading documentation and having to explain my business every single time?
