I have limitations on my account and one of the issues is that they want a receipt for an item I bought almost a year ago. I had read where you could write a letter document to explain that you no longer have the receipt, but they did not accept it. Also they ask for my ID, but my current address is different than the address on my ID so the info "doesn't match" my account. What do I do?
