Account Limitation Issue

I have been using business PayPal on my website since two months for getting payments from Express checkout at shopify. every time i was asked for proof of delivery/Tracking and purchase of goods and i have provided every time .this time my account got limited with out any reason , whats wrong i have done ? I believe this is the mistake . My customer think i am doing scam for not having PayPal at my site. please help me with this.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

I have contacted them via message center and i have got the reply for asking proof of address and proof of identity and i successfully submitted both via provided link. do you think does this get any chance for getting reinstate ??
