Regarding the problem of being able to make transfers to other IBANs of other banks not connected to your account, I contacted the PayPal manager, his name is Alex [removed]

and he told me that this problem can be solved by making transfers on IBAN to other bank accounts via APPLICATION REQUEST but this means that I would have to give complete access even with login and password to a person on Paypal who is not well identified with a gmail mailbox [removed]

I reported the scammers to PayPal, let's hope something happens!!! you are always careful not to give your PayPal passwords to anyone if they ask you for them
