A transaction I fid not make but case was closed?

I just found out money that someone made an unauthorized transaction to the merchant and item was delivered but did not receive it and case was denied can someone help I also contacted the merchant and said to file with Paypal but they denied my case.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I am sorry to know that your case was denied. If you're not happy with the decision of the dispute, you can certainly appeal the case by selecting a closed case in the resolution center within 10 days from the dispute closed date. Here's the link to appeal.
