unknown invoice

Hello everyone. I have an unknown invoice from unknown service in my recent activity list. I have not purchased anything from that service.
How can I cancel it? Thanks

I have two outstanding invoices in which I cannot cancel or report to PayPal. Both involve Microsoft Windows 2022.

From your post, I understand you have both received a money request or invoice and you would like some clarity on this. If you believe an email or invoice is fake, don’t click on any links; please forward them to us. The email you can forward this to is: phishing@paypal.com. You wouldn't be charged if you didn’t purchase the item in question.
I will also include steps on how to cancel an invoice below.
Here’s how to cancel a money request or invoice:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Activity at the top of the page.
3. Click Details next to the invoice you want to review.
4. Click Cancel invoice and follow the instructions.
5. Once the invoice has been cancelled, an email notification will be shared with the recipient.
PayPal is working on deleting invoices that were created by bad actors.

I understand you are unable to cancel this invoice.
Please attempt to cancel this via the PayPal Website rather than the PayPal App.
In some cases, you can cancel a received invoice. However, if you can’t, we ask that you disregard the invoice and forward the email you received using the email address provided above.
Again, you will not be automatically charged for this invoice so please don't worry about being charged.

@PayPal_RebeccaN I am trying on website not app. And I have no invoice email. What can I do now?

Same.
When I click on the invoice to see the details, I land on a "Something's not right" page, so I cannot even cancel it...
Same from the Resolution Center, as soon as I select that unknown invoice an error occurs and I cannot start a dispute.
