unauthorized transaction

hello

i have one unauthorized transaction and i write to paypal, but i didnt get help or my money back, anyone tips how to?

i contact with my local bank and if paypal didnt help me bank contact with VISA.

Case Status:Closed Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection.

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post! I am sorry to know about what has happened. If you're not happy with the decision of the dispute, you can certainly appeal the case by selecting a closed case in the resolution center within 10 days from the dispute closed date. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Resolution Center.
2. Click Report a Problem.
3. Select Closed cases in the drop-down menu and find the claim you want to appeal.
4. Click Appeal in the action column.
