Hello, I opened Dispute for one of Ebay member, Since he gave me wrong item, Iphone 13 pro with other specifications that i bought on auction , Means that it had Network locked and i can't use it , I first communicate seller but no any response, Then once several times i wrote to the seller directly to fix an issue and no reply was coming, i opened case on ebay which was closed by ebay without any resolution or explanations, there fore i was asked from my friend to open case on paypal which i did and what i get? my account is limited in here on paypal, for what?? why it happens? there is no any truth in this world?? and why ? why paypal didn't give me information either to suspend my account? i am really sad.. not correct world!
