strange things are happening

Hello everyone ;

We have been using Paypal Business account for about 2-3 years. We have not experienced any limitations on our account so far, only onece last year for address confirmation our account was limited a few days. Also we had one dispute , one of Our customers, who sent spam mail , created a dispute record when we shutdown their services , and we refunded him. We have used credit 2 times from Paypal in the last 6 months and completed our payments in 1/6 of the expected time. In summary, while I was bragging about the idea that I could be a premium customer of PayPal and recommending it to my circle, things suddenly changed.

Last night I got an e-mail from paypal that my account was limited. I didn't even consider this e-mail at first, I said it was a game made for password theft. However, when I entered my account, I faced the truth:

Specifically, the sale of unapproved file-sharing services. As a result, your account has been permanently limited and you won't be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.

In the e-mail it says that I can appeal to this desicion ; but on my paypal page it says I have no right to object. Oddly enough, I don't run a file sharing service. I run a datacenter. And my company has ISO sertification all of them internationally accrediated , and this is an ISP . Maybe i am giving service to File Sharing services but i do not have to know what they are doing. Legally it is not my business also . Also i have no knowladge if it is or not. We are just doing our business ...

We provide services in 3 countries and sell services to 22 countries, but none of our business items have a product that is contrary to paypal policies. I even choose Telecommunication and Hosting when meeting my cash needs from paypal finance.

My question is, what should we not do under these conditions?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

I have written to @AskPaypal i think that will be the best option , waiting answer from them ...

And no one did not interested in . I am not able to write to contact anymore too. It is really strange . Is there any one from paypal who can check this at here ?

SPDNet, I too have had a business account for many years and have never experienced any limitations until i was trying to checkout using paypal and the transaction woudn't go thru. I logged onto paypal to find out that paypal had basically permanently denied me services and is holding all funds for 180 days. They also further state that this decision is final. i have tried to call but it tells me that I have over a 3 hr wait. i am limited to as to how I can contact them, some options are no longer available to me...Crazy. Anyway, i have sent them an email and got an automated reply with directions of how to lift the limitations, but i am not able to follow those instructions bc i do not have the options that they mention.   My concern is that my account has somehow been hacked/hijacked, etc and i am unaware of it and not able to take any preventative measures bc paypal will not clarify why i am being permanently denied services. Its all very strange. Onto top of the account issue, i am getting text from strange senders informing me that my paypal account has been limited & that I have only a short amount of time to act to remove the limitations. paypal has been no help what so ever with this issue/incident. Am concerned and frankly disappointed in the manner in which paypal is handling it, their lack of communication
