pay in 3 question

hi there was a pay in 3 setup on my paypal for ebay thst i hadnt setup and a payment of 11.99 was taken and ive tried for days to sort this out any help from paypal advisor on here

You need to report it as fraudulent activity asap so PayPal can investigate. Time is of the essence, so don’t delay.
